21st annual Walking for Prader-Willi Syndrome fundraiser event.
PWCF’s “Walking for PWS” events bring hundreds of people together to raise awareness of PWS all around California. As we continue to navigate the pandemic, we felt it would be best to keep our Walk event virtual in 2021. This means that anyone can participate from the comfort of their own home! We hope you can join us.
Get Involved
- Put the "super" in superhero by registering for our 2021 virtual walk and receive a Virtual Walk packet in your email that includes an official challenge list, the PWCF Community Week activities calendar. Complete your challenges wearing your bib or any PWCF t-shirt in your closet (or order a new Hero Tee; order by June 28th to receive before Community Week); post pictures/videos on social media with #PWSHeroes2021. We want to see your amazing accomplishments!
- Complete the PWS Heroes 2021 Challenges any time before July 31st to win a Commemorative Walk Medal and to be recognized on our livestream. All challenge sheets must be collected before midnight to earn the custom PWCF Walk Medal.

- Create your own personal fundraiser page to invite family and friends to support you while you participate in the Virtual Walk.
- Purchase a Shout Out to recognize a superhero in your life and we will share it on our livestream and our social media accounts.
- Be part of PWCF Community Week, July 26 – 31. Join us for a fun week of different activities for the entire family hosted by different guests! Share your pictures and videos on social media using #PWSHeroes2021 and we will re-post your photos and videos on our page.
- Join our Livestream event July 31. Celebrate your fundraising success in the comfort of your own home. Join us at 10 am on Saturday, July 31 via Facebook for an exciting livestream event with Shout Outs to our teams, prize winners announced, special guests and more!
